Full Body Massage:
Customized Massage using a combination of various Massage Techniques to meet your individual needs. Deeper strokes may be used to break down adhesions (knots) in muscle and connective tissue, common after injury and in areas where you hold tension.

Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage:
