Welcome to Serenity's Boot Camp!

Situation:

The 4-week challenge is an intense program utlizing specific training techniques. If you have determination and like to be challenged, it is the ideal program for you. The program is a challenge by choice, if at any point you feel like the exercise is too hard, it is okay to stop and rejoin the group later. Remember this is still your workout and as such as such you need to work out at your own intensity level. Conversely, at any point in the program you can push yourself as hard as you want. Instructors will assist you in maximizing your workout in order to attain your fitness goals.

The Program is designed to facilitate a diverse array of physical objectives and provide accountability for their achievement. You will be weighed in, have you body composition tested and be given a baseline physical fitness assessment.

Execution:

Completion of this 4-week course coupled with following the healthy eating habits provided will result in participants losing large amounts of body fat while increasing strength, muscle tone and energy.
What is included in your boot camp experience? You will be working out four days a week with customized workouts designed by a certified group fitness instructor and ACE certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience training. Each workout has been specifically designed to increase muscle strength, physical endurance, and maximize flexibility. Workout days will include weight circuits, boxing, and kick-boxing.

Sports drills at near by tracks, hiking Cowles Mountain and jogging at Lake Murray are also incorporated into the program. Customized nutritional guidelines and counseling are provided based on your body type evaluation which is conducted during the first week.
Do you want accountability.need someone to push you towards your goals? Boor Cam provides it! Each participant will receive a workout journal to record training progress and to track food intake. Weekly weigh-ins and body fat testing enable you to track your success and realize immediate results.

Command and Signal:

Currently classes our one hour in length and are held Monday through Friday at four different times 5:30am - 6:30am, 11:30am - 12:30am, 6:45pm-7:45pm, and 8pm - 9pm..

How much does the program cost?
$200 for Serenity Members
$250 for non-members
