Serenity’s Boot Camp Membership

BootcampUnlimited boot camp style classes, small group training, once a month a full body evaluation which will include; body composition, cardiovascular testing, flexibility testing, strength and endurance testing, postural analysis, establishment of goals and a revaluation every month to make sure you achieve them.

It has been proven that training with a certified personal trainer and in a small group setting gets faster results; improves stamina, increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, helps weight loss and breaks through plateaus. The fitness program is a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular training and sport specific drills with fun, energy and results
