Aerobics
A class designed for Aerobic activity training the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also helpful for weight control.
Power Cycle
A class with athletic cycling drills with guided training and motivational music. This class will get your heart rate up, burn lots of calories and allow for slimming and toning.Turbo Kick
A class that you'll kick, punch, and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.Pilates
A class that offers you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre: in order to create a stable core for all types of movement.Yoga
A class that provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increase strength by toning the muscles.Body Sculpting
