Schedule of Exercise Classes


Aerobics

A class designed to train the heart, lungs and cardiovascular system to process and deliver oxygen more efficiently to every part of the body. Aerobics is also a great tool for weight control.

Power Cycle

A class with athletic cycling drills with guided training and motivational music. This class will get your heart rate up, burn lots of calories and allow for slimming and toning.

Pilates

A class that offers you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre": in order to create a stable core for all types of movement.

Turbo Kick

A class that you'll kick, punch, and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.

Yoga

A guided stretch for individuals of all fitness levels seeking a full body release. This class is ideal for all women from beginner through advanced. You will be encouraged to work at your own level with many modifications to different poses. Each session will focus on stretching, strengthening muscles and balance work followed with a quiet meditation to end the hour.

Body Sculpting

A strength training class focused on muscular endurance and strength is easy to follow, has NO impact on joints and is perfect for all fitness levels. Experience this challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using hand weights, tubing and a step.

Rokit Step

This is a class that is geared towards getting your heart rate up, improve on your endurance and agility, while learning choreographed step routines from one of our personal trainers. This aerobic exercise is guaranteed to burn those calories, and keep you smiling. Come join the fun and lets "Rokit"!

Fat Burner

This low impact class is a fun filled all body work out that is good for all levels. A terrific way to achieve flexibility this workout will relieve muscular tension, stress and strengthen the cardio respiratory system.

Functional Fitness

A high intensity step aerobics class that includes toning and strengthening exercise for the whole body. This dynamic, quick & effective class heats up all the major muscle groups for a total body workout.

Heart and Soul

A series of “add on” low impact routines put together to music. You will work on your muscles safely and effectively followed by a cool down of gentle Tai Chi.

Stretch & Alignment

This class focuses on joint flexibility, muscle strengthening, endurance and coordination.  Covers mind/body concepts with an emphasis on core awareness, flexibility, physical balance and stress relief.

Zumba

This popular class fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps-the routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals and the heart.

Boot Camp

This is Personal Training in a small group that encourages peer interaction and socialization. You will meet your personal goals through customized nutritional guidelines & counseling based on your body type. This personal fitness instruction with a Certified Trainer will be a fun, energetic & motivational workout…Participants could burn up to 1000 calories per 1-hour session.

Pilates Reformer Studio Class Level 1/Level 2

Get your Pilates workout the way Joseph Pilates intended, working on all of the apparatus (reformer, Cadillac tower, chair, and mat) in a systematic fashion. In addition to challenging your core from different angles and positions (lying down, sitting, kneeling, and standing), this class will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
