Spring Body Detox Workshop Saturday April 18

“Detoxification: The removal of toxic substances from the body.” 

That’s what we’ll be talking about during this month’s Workshop-Open House at Serenity Fitness on Saturday, April 18. Since our Open Houses always include great incentives, bring a friend and you both can earn free boot camp and Pilates studio sessions, along with club bucks. The Open House starts at 9 a.m. The Spring Body Detox Workshop begins at noon.

During the Workshop, plan on learning everything you’ve wanted to know about the alternative medicine version of a body detox. Yoga Instructor Marguerite will lead the discussion. She’ll talk about detox diets, the difference between fasting and detoxing, what to expect if you detox, and the benefits claimed from detoxing.
