Good-bye to great buys. The Serenity Fitness Stimulus Packages have ended their limited time run. Apparently, lots of members know a good deal when they see it. People snapped up bargain-priced Pilates Studio group training packages, personal training hours, and massage and facial buys. Be sure to book your training and massages so that you can enjoy them when its convenient for you. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Serenity Fitness Gym and Spa

is expanding, nearly doubling the space

.  It is set to be done by Jan 17, 2009.  We will be having a full pilates studio and new large aerobics room, plus new training area.

Also, after the New Years, we will be expanding our hours of operation

. Sat. will be 7:30am-3:30pm  and we will be open on sundays. 9am-1pm.
