Pilates Studio at Serenity
Get your Pilates workout the way Joseph Pilates intended, working on all of the aparatus (reformer, cadillac tower, chair, and mat) in a systematic fashion, sharing the instructor's attention with only 4-6 other students. In addition to challenging your core from different angles and positions (lying down, sitting, kneeling, and standing), this class will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
