Pilates Personal Trainer

I have always been an active spirit, but my love for Pilates began shortly after my dance scholarship in 2006. I was plagued with low back pain and was oblivious to its cause.  After initiating the Pilates repertoire into my life, I was reinforced with stronger body awareness and soon recognized that my pains were coming from faulty posture and a fatigued stance.

Since then, I have thoroughly immersed myself in the Body Arts and Science International (BASI) method and have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge with other instructors and clients alike.  For me, the most rewarding aspect of being a trainer is to witness the changes in the body as it gains more strength and stamina.

Throughout each of my sessions, I will encourage a keen sense of body awareness that will directly lead to better posture and alignment.

I find great pride in being an instructor and providing the gift of empowerment to all women.
