Yoga Personal Trainer
Denise found that yoga was her passion after attending her first class in 1994. She immediately felt the benefits of yoga, including balance, flexibility and an understanding of how to listen to her body. Denise received her certification in Hatha Yoga in 1994. Denise delivers Yoga with warmth and understanding. Denise encourages each student to pay attention to their body, the importance of the breath and mostly to move at one’s pace. If you feel, tense, stressed, stiff or just want to feel good- Yoga is for you.
Just a few of the many benefits of Yoga are better posture. Increased flexibility, strength, calmness of mind and toned muscles.
With each class-- Denise teaches with grace and enthusiasm, she embraces Yoga as a process of discovering oneself.
For those looking to learn postures in greater depth, new to yoga, learn proper alignment, improve your balance, or want to better enhance your yoga practice Denise offers private sessions. Private Sessions are ½ hour to 1 hour in length and are specialized to meet your body’s needs.
