I have been studying Pilates for 6 years and I am certified to teach by the prestigious STOTT Pilates organization. Stott Pilates combines traditional Pilates with what modern science knows about how our bodies function to provided you with an effective and safe workout. Pilates is a powerful and fun way to workout. These are my top seven reasons why I think Pilates is FANTASTIC!
